Local Rexall Makes Generous Donation to Hospice Renfrew

Renfrew’s Rexall Pharma Plus donated $5,000 to Hospice Renfrew yesterday (March 1). The donation was a result of the store being the top fundraisers in the Eastern Ontario Rexall family. Store manager Amanda Zappa said her location raised $3,982 for charity through various events. Because of that effort, the store won an additional $5,000 through a company promotion and Zappa said they knew exactly who they wanted to give the money to. Hospice board chair Connie Legg said she was certainly grateful to receive the donation.
