Welcome to the 3rd Annual Rural Hospice Day, taking place on November 5th, 2024, at the myFM Centre, Renfrew, hosted by Hospice Renfrew. The theme, Bridging the Gap, will explore and address care gaps and focus on building resilience within our communities.
