Hike for Hospice 2025! Sunday May 4, 2025
It’s time to grab your runners, create a team and start gathering pledges.
Hike for Hospice is a major fundraiser for Hospice Renfrew, it is a wonderful opportunity to bring together hundreds of like-minded people, individuals who appreciate why Hospice Renfrew was established: to provide Comfort, Care and Compassion to those who are nearing their end-of-life journey.
Each year we welcome teams made up of family and friends walking in memory of a loved one. Proceeds from the Hike For Hospice help assist with our operating costs and I encourage every one of you to support this event in whatever way you can. Of course, the best way is to get a team together, gather pledges and come out and join the hundreds of others participating. It’s a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in May.
The hike starts at 2 p.m. from Hospice Renfrew, 459 Albert Street. The hike is a nice leisurely walk of about one hour.

Can We Register As an Individual Or Do I Have to Register A Team?
Yes, you will have the option to register as an individual, join or create a new team online, You can also create a team and/or collect pledges on paper by picking up a form at Hospice Renfrew or downloading a paper pledge form.
Is There A Registration Fee?
No, there is no fee to register either yourself or a team.
How Do I Collect Pledges?
Pledges can be collected either through the online platform or by printing out a copy of the pledge form. You will need to bring all money collected when you check in at the Hike.
