Grief Can Feel Overwhelming, And No One Should Have To Face It Alone!

Hospice Renfrew is pleased to introduce Heart at Home, a new volunteer visiting program that offers compassionate grief and bereavement support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Through a listening ear, meaningful conversation, and the simple gift of presence, our volunteers help ensure that those experiencing loss feel supported, connected, and cared for.

We’re looking for caring, compassionate volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of others. If you have a kind heart, enjoy connecting with people, and would like to support those navigating grief, we would love to welcome you to our Heart at Home team.

Training and ongoing support will be provided.
