demonstrating its strong commitment to excellence in hospice palliative care,
governance, and community service.
Accreditation is an independent review process that evaluates quality, safety,
and accountability across health care organizations. Earning such a high score
reflects Hospice Renfrew’s dedication to providing compassionate, person-
centered care while ensuring the highest standards of practice.
